Article Processing Charges (APCs) and Fees
The Proceedings of the International Music and Performing Arts Conference (IMPAC Proceedings) does not impose a separate article processing charge (APC) or publication fee.
Publication costs are covered through the IMPAC conference registration fees, which include options for presenters who wish to have their papers considered for publication in the proceedings.
Current Registration Fee Structure (IMPAC 2025)

Presenter (with proceedings): RM200 (early bird) / RM300 (normal)

Presenter (without proceedings): RM150 (early bird) / RM200 (normal)

Attendee: RM50
No additional payment is required for peer review, editorial processing, or publication. Authors only pay the standard conference registration fee, which covers participation and, where applicable, publication in IMPAC Proceedings.
Future IMPAC conference fee structures may change, and any updates will be announced here to ensure authors are fully informed in advance.
